1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 911bet, access the platform, or place any bet — whether on sports such as Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, MMA/UFC, or on casino products such as slots, live casino, and crash games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the services of 911bet. Continued use of the platform after updates to these terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the changes made. 2. Eligibility and Registration

To create an account on 911bet and use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 911bet does not allow access by minors under any circumstances.
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be enrolled in any active gambling self-exclusion program.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration and whenever requested.

Permitted one registration per individual only. The CPF is each user's unique identifier on the platform. Duplicate accounts that are identified will be closed, and all balances, including any winnings, may be canceled with no right to a refund.

The 911bet reserves the right to refuse registration or close an existing account if false information, misuse of the platform, or any conduct contrary to these terms or applicable Brazilian law is detected.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

The 911bet performs identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer process) as part of its security and regulatory compliance procedures. This verification may be requested at the following times:

• Before the first withdrawal of any amount is processed.
• When the cumulative transaction volume on the account reaches a certain threshold.
• In cases of unusual activity or suspected account misuse.
• By order of competent Brazilian authorities.

For verification purposes, you may be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), a recent proof of address (issued within the last three months), and, where applicable, proof of ownership of the payment method used. 4. Deposits & Payment Methods

All amounts operated on the platform 911bet are exclusively in Brazilian Reais (R$ — BRL). Deposits in other currencies are not accepted.

The minimum accepted deposit is R$ 20.00. The payment methods available for depositing at 911bet are:

• Pix — instant credit, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. The fastest and most recommended payment method.
• Boleto bancário — clearing period of up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit or debit card — from the major card brands accepted in Brazil.
• PicPay — instant credit via digital wallet.
• Mercado Pago — accepted via platform account or linked card.

The 911bet does not accept deposits made on behalf of third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits made by third parties will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

The 911bet processes withdrawal requests from users within 15 minutes via Pix, 24 hours a day, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. The balance available for withdrawal corresponds to your real account balance, excluding any bonus funds not yet released.

The minimum amount per withdrawal request is R$ 30.00. There is no standard daily maximum limit; however, withdrawals above a certain amount may be subject to identity verification before processing.

Important rules on withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account holder used for the deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Pix withdrawals are processed to the Pix key registered by the account holder in their own name — Pix keys belonging to third parties are not accepted.
• Users who have not completed the identity verification process (KYC) may have withdrawals suspended until the issue is resolved.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, 911bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an internal investigation before releasing any funds.

The 911bet accepts withdrawals to accounts at all major Brazilian banks via Pix: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, and any other institution registered with the Central Bank with an active Pix key.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

The 911bet offers periodic promotions, including a welcome bonus of up to R$ 500.00 for new users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which should be read before participating. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each promotion is valid for one user per CPF, per email address, and per device/IP.
• The welcome bonus has a rollover requirement of 3x — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered three times before it becomes available for withdrawal.
• Bets on football (Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores) contribute 100% toward rollover completion. Other sports and markets may have different contribution percentages.
• The standard timeframe to complete the rollover requirement is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is granted. Bonuses not used within this period are automatically cancelled.
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward the bonus rollover.
• 911bet reserves the right to cancel bonuses and reverse any winnings obtained through them if irregularities or attempts to exploit promotions are identified.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 911bet cover football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores da América, Premier League, and other leagues), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball (Superliga), e-sports, and a wide range of other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• A bet confirmed by the user is considered permanent and irrevocable. Typing errors or incorrect market selections are the bettor's responsibility.
• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 1.00. There is no standard maximum bet limit, though limits may apply to specific events or markets.
• Live bets are settled based on the official match result, including regulation stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shootouts are only included when the market explicitly states so.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or does not take place as scheduled, all bets on that event will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the user's balance.
• In parlays (multi-bets), a voided selection results in the odds being recalculated with that selection removed — the parlay remains valid with the remaining events.
• 911bet reserves the right to correct obvious odds pricing errors. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (due to a typo or technical fault) may be canceled and the stake returned.

For specific Copa do Brasil markets — such as "advancing to the next round" — settlement is based on the aggregate result of both legs of the tie, including tiebreaker criteria such as away goals and penalty shootouts where applicable.

8. Live Casino, Slots & Crash Games

The casino products of 911bet — including slots, Live Casino with real dealers, and crash games — operate with certified random number generators (RNG) or live streams from licensed studios. The specific rules for each game are displayed within the product interface.

General rules applicable to casino products:

• Casino game results are determined by RNG systems or audited live streams, ensuring fairness and randomness.
• Confirmed bets on casino products cannot be cancelled once the round or hand has begun.
• In crash games, the early cash-out mechanic is entirely the player's responsibility. 911bet is not liable for connection failures on the user's end that prevent the cash out from being activated in time.
• Any attempt to exploit technical flaws, bugs, or unexpected game behavior in casino games to gain an unfair advantage will result in the cancellation of the affected bets and may result in account closure.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

The user may request voluntary closure of their account on the 911bet at any time through support — via the platform chat or by email at suporte@911bet.xyz. Prior to closure, any available real balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the rules set out in Section 5 of these terms.

The 911bet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts unilaterally, without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or identity verification.
• Creation of multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, or device.
• Use of automated software, bots, or any tool that attempts to exploit the platform unfairly.
• Involvement in money laundering, illicit financing, or any activity in violation of Brazilian law.
• Bonus and promotion abuse, including the creation of fake accounts to multiply promotional benefits.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward the support team or other users on the platform.

In cases of closure due to a breach of these terms, balances arising from irregularities may be forfeited. Balances originating from legitimate user deposits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis before any retention decision is made.

10. Responsible Gambling

The 911bet believes that betting should be a form of entertainment — and takes an active role in promoting a conscious and healthy gambling environment. To that end, the following tools are available to all platform users:

• Permanent Self-Exclusion: permanently close your account and prevent new registrations using the same CPF.

14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
